The Founders
Mark Randall
After serving for over 23 years in law enforcement Mark transitioned to the cannabis industry where he has specialized in security consulting, money collection and transport. Mark is also active within local government working with community and cannabis industry leaders to help promote safe and secure communities.
Dave Alan
With over 29 years of law enforcement experience and 9 years operating as an executive in the security industry, Dave brings a full range of operational policing and security experience to STS. He has managed large multi-disciplinary teams, enforced
criminal law and enforced state compliance regulations within the gambling and liquor industries.
Troy Jones
Troy has over 28 years of public service experience at state and federal levels specializing in critical infrastructure protection. After leaving government service Troy co-founded 2 security companies where he currently serves on the leadership staff with those companies along with being the STS Security Consultants CFO.
